- The String Fatigue Pants from Needles are a military inspired pant produced in a cotton sateen fabric. The pants come in a relaxed fit and feature a button and zipper fly, two patch hand pockets, and two buttoned flap patch back pockets. An integrated drawstring at the waist with plastic toggles, and drawstrings at the leg openings allow for an adjustable fit. The Back Sateen String Fatigue Pants are finished with a purple papillon butterfly logo embroidered on the left thigh.
