Drawing from tailoring and workwear heritage, we reinterpret classic methods into garments that respond to the modern wearer and their environment. Every piece is crafted in-house by a small team in Beijing, where skilled craftspeople and specialized equipment to merge anatomical tailoring with industrial detail—something impossible to achieve in mass production.
Made from washed kid horsehide in a straw-yellow tone, this jacket is crafted with leather specially developed by Highland Yak using top-grade Italian raw hides. The hides undergo deep beeswax impregnation for exceptional softness, followed by multiple washing processes to enhance natural grain, texture, and subtle aging effects. Inspired by the early Royal Air Force “Sidcot” flight suit, the design reinterprets it as a refined side-zip jacket with an asymmetrical collar that can be secured with three snap buttons or left open for a relaxed look. Functional details include two action pleats and adjustable tabs at the back, a twill wool lining in the body for warmth, quilted insulation in the sleeves, and custom snaps engraved with this season’s magnetic interference motif.
