- These trousers showcase distinctive detailing that channels the spirit of vintage workwear, featuring side pockets on both the front and back inspired by 1930s children’s archival garments. Designed with multiple pockets while maintaining a clean, authentic look—featuring two side pockets, two side back pockets, two rear pockets, and a coin pocket on the right.

Crafted from 9.6oz OLD JOE’s original denim, they offer a strong sense of depth in both texture and color while remaining lightweight and comfortable to wear. The fabric emphasizes carefully developed yarns, including custom nep yarn. The warp is spun with a blend incorporating shorter cotton fibers to highlight a dry, rustic texture with a natural, bulky character. The weft combines primarily American cotton with Australian and Brazilian cotton, creating a balanced and consistent feel, while additional processing introduces a subtle crispness alongside softness.

The denim is rope-dyed with a deep, black-leaning indigo, resulting in a rich, saturated tone. Starting from kibata(loomstate fabric), it undergoes only a specialized sanforization process to control shrinkage, preserving the raw texture and natural surface fuzz.
