For this season's capsule collection, OLD JOE introduces a specially selected kibata (loomstate) selvedge denim, developed as part of an update to the brand's original denim program. Weigh approximately 12 oz and are sanforized using a proprietary process applied directly to the loomstate denim. This preserves the soft hand of the fabric without the stiff, starched feel commonly associated with rigid denim. The fabric is woven from 100% American cotton, using a combination of low- and high-twist yarns to achieve a dry hand with a rich, textured black selvedge finish.
