Drawing from American military parkas and British smocks, the design incorporates refined dress-shirt construction details throughout. A special finishing process applied after construction gives the fabric a distinctive texture, combining the natural suppleness of silk with the warmth and softness of a lightly brushed surface; the waist drawstring is also made from silk.
