The heavily waxed finish provides added resilience against daily wear while giving the leather a rich, textured appearance. As it breaks in, the surface gradually softens to reveal more of the natural roughout texture beneath, creating depth and contrast over time. In the Bracken colorway, this aging process brings out even more character, with subtle tonal variation emerging as the wax shifts and the underlying leather begins to show through, resulting in a unique patina shaped entirely by wear. The 310 Service Boot features a unique design that dates back to 2007, with a wide E-width to accommodate various foot types. Its sprung toe, inspired by early 1900s military boots, allows for a rocking motion that enhances comfort during extended wear. A generous toe bump provides extra room for natural movement, while the heel height is based on traditional logging boots for optimal support.
