- Inspired by mid-century archival sportswear, these easy slacks are designed for both athletic and field use. The gathered elastic waistband at the back provides comfort, while front pleats and a pressed crease maintain a refined appearance that avoids feeling overly casual. Newly added wide belt loops further enhance the vintage character and period-correct detailing. 

The fabric is an Amundsen weave made from a blend of cotton and jute, a natural fiber derived from the jute plant. Known for its durability, breathability, and insulating properties, jute is most famously produced in Bangladesh and is typically used for industrial applications. Here, it has been reimagined for clothing, with the highest possible jute content blended into the yarn while maintaining the strength and flexibility.
