- The LOT.010 US Military Hat is a reconstruction of the M-38 hat produced for the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1937 to 1941. Made from satin fabric with densely woven weft yarns and mercerized for vivid color and a smooth finish, it is available in two unique dye treatments. Natural Dyed Beige is created using bayberry (yamamomo) and persimmon tannin (kakishibu), traditional natural dyes that deepen and age beautifully over time.
